Our Remora System comprises a Remora AUV, a Remora skid, a ADSCOM communication module and a WSC wireless subsea charging module.It is a solution for subsea operations. It is a triple layered system, consisting of an ROV located on top of the Remora skid, AUV docking inside the Remora skid when recharging; an AUV with embedded ADSCOM communication module programmed to carry out a mission and a WSC wireless subsea charging module.
This system provides an integrated wireless communication network from surface to subsea that enables the subsea re-programming of the AUV from its position underwater up to a 500 m distance, a continuous recharging underwater to the AUV from the Remora skid without re-surfacing and a full recovery of real time subsea data.
Our technology is designed to integrate between ROVs and AUVs and represents a step-change in subsea communications and operations for autonomous robotic solutions.
